A Florida Jumbo loan is a residential mortgage with a loan amount of $417,000 or more. Interest rates on jumbo loans tend to be slightly higher than loans of a lesser value, because jumbo loans generally have a higher risk on these loans.

We also offer combination loans that eliminate your private mortgage insurance (PMI) requirement by dividing your total financing into a first and second mortgage, also called 1^st and 2^nd lien. For example, you may qualify for a 80/15/5 loan, which would finance 80% of your home’s cost with a 1^st lien and 15% with a 2^nd lien — with just 5% down! These loan programs may also enable you to qualify for a lower jumbo interest rate.
